45°粉碎&精裁机构

45° Crushing & fine cutting device

此台设备由于板材加工厚度达到18mm~63mm的大范围,考虑到人工调节效率低,因此采用了伺服调节预留直边高度的方式,只需在副触摸屏输入需要的直边高度,系统将自动调控到指定的位置,方便快捷。

切割方式采用多片梳齿进行1次、2次粉碎处理,这种方式的优点是针对大面积的切屑带来最小的切割阻力,又能达到完全粉碎的效果以便于吸尘,1次、2次粉碎后,通过锯片进行精裁,来实现45°成型。

As the board thickness for this model expands (18mm-63mm), it is equipped with servo control to adjust the height of reserved edge, thus improving efficiency which is much lower by manual. Users can enter the height they expect on the screen, and later the system will automatically adjust the specific height. The whole process is convenient with speed.

Within this device, there are several blades used to crush the bevel twice. This way can help to reduce the cutting resistance for large-area chips and realize complete crushing for the sake of dust collection. After the first and second crushing of the bevel, fine cutting will follow to form the 45° bevel.


预铣机构

Pre-milling unit

45°成型后再通过预铣机构对预铣直边部分进行预铣从而使工件板面无爆边现象。

After the 45° crushing, this device will get the reserved straight edge pre-milled, making sure the panel surface is smooth.



直边预留高度调节

Adjustment of reserved straight edge height

本设备适用的板材加工尺寸从18mm~63mm,加工范围较广,所以预留直边高度自然从5mm~35mm的大范围,体现一台封边机调整是否便捷其实就是预留直边高度改变来判断的,这种大范围调节靠人工分体式调节是很困难和费时间的,所以我们站在客户使用的立场,将设备设计为伺服数控调节,只需要在副触摸屏输入您需要的高度,各个机械逻辑就会精准到达正确的位置,从而为你节约更多的时间,使封边更高效。

The board thickness for this model expands (18mm-63mm), so as the height of reserved straight edge (5mm-35mm). To see whether an edge banding machine can provide convenience or not, we can come to a conclusion by checking the height of reserved straight edge. The whole process will be quite difficult and time-consuming if we do it by manual. So for the sake of the customers’ convenience, this model is equipped with servo control to automatically adjust the specific height entered on the screen. It helps to save time and improve efficiency.


边带开槽机构

Edge-notching unit

专为加厚斜边全新设计的边带开槽机构,刀具和靠模同时移动,可避免这种大范围调整调整开槽深浅不一的情况出现,并通过机械结构伺服同步调节。

The device is specially designed for thickened bevel. When working, the cutter and the explorator move in sync to prevent inconsistent notching depth. Besides, servo control will synchronously involved in the whole process to provide better effect.



压贴装置

Edge pressing device

整齐排列的琴键式伺服联动压贴,可跟随直边预留高度的自动升降,无需人工调整,紧凑而不凌乱的结构让工件在有热度的范围内快速贴合成型。

The neatly arranged piano-key-like servo-controlled presser can automatically rise and fall along with the reserved straight edge height without further manual adjustment. This can ensure the edge band and the workpiece get bonded quickly before the temperature cools down.





齐头机构

End-trimming unit

齐头底座利用导轨式,可以根据45度斜坡宽度进行前后灵活调节,由于齐头锯片半径加大,为了保证机械运动件的耐用和稳定性,齐头吊架采用铝膜铸造而成,强度更高,更安全。

The end-trimming base is guide-rail-type and can be adjusted according to the width of the 45° bevel. As the radius of the end-trimming blade increases, the device’s hanger is made of aluminum film to provide longer durability, more stability and greater safety.




粗修、精修、刮边

Rough trimming/fine trimming/scraping

利用两次修边方式对高板面的部分边条进行高速铣削修边,并配合刮边装置对修边刀痕进行去除。

The high-speed milling and trimming is carried out for part of the edge strips of the high plate surface by two trimming methods, and the trimming tool mark is removed through cooperation with the edge scraping device.



平刮 Flat scraping

平刮装置均根据斜边工艺特性专属设计,调节灵活性更强。

The flat scraping mechanism is specially designed according to the process characteristics of bevel, which makes the adjustment more flexible.



分离-清洁单元 Separation-cleaning unit

本机出厂集成装配有清洁系统,省去用户自行加装的麻烦,原厂自带更加美观整洁。

This machine is equipped with a cleaning system, which is more beautiful and clean without the customer's own installation.




抛光 Buffing

抛光布轮直接清理加工好的工件封边产生的杂质等,通过抛光能使封边端面更加光滑。

The buffing wheel can directly clean up the impurities produced by the edge sealing of the machined workpiece, and the end surface of the edge banding can be smoother after buffing.
